![]() ![]() Today I sent them a letter with copies of proof that they got their product back and proof of the note that has my cancellation number and told them that I was sending BBB the same information. I received an email recently saying that my account was overdue and I needed to pay them the money. ![]() The shampoo and conditioner arrived at their facility via *** March 24 at 10 AM and it was received by a ******** person. I asked them to please not bill me anymore. I did send the shampoo and conditioner back with a the note containing my cancellation number. She told me a package of shampoo would probably still be coming and to send it back and make sure I saved the tracking number which I did. She gave me this cancellation number #********. She kept asking me if I wanted to try it with the next order and I told her I HAD TRIED it and did not like it! After several times of telling her I wanted to cancel my order, I didn't like the shampoo, and was not going to pay any money, she gave in and said okay. ![]() Anyway, when I called I had to keep repeating myself to the girl saying I wanted to cancel. I have watched this commercial several times and couldn't find anything to that affect, unless it's in very fine print on the ** which I can't read. I saw nothing that ever mentioned that this was a membership or an ongoing deal. I called immediately and cancelled my membership. To my surprise I was billed $108.29 for a larger size shampoo and conditioner which was being sent soon. I bought what I thought was a trial size shampoo and conditioner for $31.85. ![]()
